Wi-Fi Ahoy!

Lake DistrictAirangel have just won the contract to provide Public Wi-Fi across five properties for The Lake District National Park. Tourists can now stay connected at Brockhole, Keswick, Ullswater and Windermere Visitor Centers, as well as Coniston Boating Centre.

Ashley Hill, Business Development Manager for Airangel, said, “The free Wi-Fi network, powered by our Candengo 100 Gateways provides information on amenities, services, news and events. Visitors to The Lake District with their own Wi-Fi enabled device will have the benefit of being able to go online to read up on vital tourist information such as local attractions, where to eat and stay. This is a convenient way of accessing important information and will make visitors stays more rewarding and enjoyable.”
